The RFX Series wheels are constructed with the Cross Forged technology. This technique employs three hydraulic rollers, with pressure and heat, to stretch the barrel of the wheel to the specified diameter.

White the wheel spins, the rollers stretch and compress the alloy, enhancing the overall structural rigidity and durability of the wheel.

This method of the wheel manufacturing results in a dramatic reduction in weight in a uniform and natural manner.

Step 1: Starting with a solid block of aluminum immense amounts of pressure is applied to “forge” the aluminum block into a wheel. The aluminum is forged into a disc using extreme heat and pressure.

Step 2: Once the disc starts to take shape, it is then flow formed into a spun blank. The spun black is heat treated to the specific conditions. The heated treated spun blank is then stretched to the customers final configuration.

Step 3: Finally the wheel is now drilled and the design is cut. After cutting, multiple coats of paint are applied to ensure a perfect, long lasting finish.

CONCAVITY PROFILES

Our Cross Forged Series is engineered to provide you with the perfect stance. Some models are offered in five different concavities. Each width and offset is carefully designed to achieve maximum concavity without sacrificing brake clearance.

*Concavity will vary depending on model and offset
